Improving nutrition lays a foundation for a lifetime of health and hope. We focus on the time between a woman’s pregnancy and a child’s fifth birthday – a time of rapid growth and development. The essential nutrition solutions we offer can help support healthy pregnancies, improve birth outcomes, reduce infant and maternal mortality, protect young children from debilitating childhood infections, improve cognition and social-emotional functioning and academic performance, and increase earnings across a lifetime.

To help people spiritually through their physical needs so that our community is greatly impacted for the Glory of God. Everyone who works at HHTN is a volunteer.  They put many hours and lots of love into helping our community grow and thrive.

At Global Volunteers, we take an innovative approach to comprehensive human and economic development. We leverage the world’s endlessly renewable resource – volunteers – to catalyze positive change while always working under the direction of local leaders. Our volunteers create, nurture, and sustain the well-being of the world’s children and their families through targeted service in homes, classrooms, clinics, community centers, hospitals, orphanages, childcare centers, libraries, and farms to provide essential services; helping children thrive. We’re invited by community leaders to serve alongside local people in one-to-three-week service programs; investing in long-term community development projects all over the world. 

Toys for Tots has distributed 708 million toys to 314 million children. Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. It was founded in 1947 by reservist Major Bill Hendricks.
